VPNs are fine as far as I know, as long as the VPN IP that's going to used is an IP of the same country you're in.

Don't quote me on this, but I've heard once that changing of password and removing of authenticator shortly before getting the cape might be factors you need to take note of.

Use team viewer or parsec if you can, its definitely the safest way at the moment

VPN far more detectable than teamviewer methods

Your better off buying better internet than just wasting hundreds of dollars on cape that is likely to be removed
