    Sticky/Rule Change

Alright, so I was in the Runescape Markets in Miscellaneous : http://sythe.org/forumdisplay.php?f=323 -- While going through there, I see threads selling Epicbot accounts.

First page there's three I think threads selling epicbot.com account. This isn't allowed as far as I see it. In the rules it says you cannot sell auth codes, selling accounts on this site is the same exact thing as the bot are hooked straight up to it. Rsbot.com made epicbot, and rsbot.com was one of the main reasons why the rule was made. I already reprted one of the threads, Dialatic went through and said he handled it, he m

[03:37] <Abeecdee> ay have infracted them, as that's the consequence, but the threads should be locked, which they weren't and the other posters should also be infracted+locked.

[03:38] <Abeecdee> Also, there should be a sticky for this, saying you can't, cause it seems it isn't clear.

[03:38] <Abeecdee> But maybe, I'm just wrong and you guys are allowing it some reason.

[03:41] <Abeecdee> The account, and the bot. Epicbot is made to where when you purchase a bot, you are not given auth codes, the bot is made onto your account, so when you run the bot client, you have to login to use your bots. But if you look people are selling "Selling epicbot account - has Pro Dungeoneering"

"Trading Auth Codes: Auth codes from RSBots.net, autofighter and similar" in the Sythe.org rules - This is the same exact thing as trading auths. Especially seeing as there are no more auths anymore, it's all account bound. (Few exception) Sythe.org rules are: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=148431

This is stuff I sent to Cosrob through IRC. I erased all the pointless messages and just the stuff that's informing.

Pretty much, what I am suggesting here is that a sticky be put up in the section that this isn't allowed, or the rule be removed. Seeing as auth codes aren't used anymore due to trading by most sites, it makes no sense to have the rule if this is allowed.

Three threads from the first page:

Or in the Official rules, just have "No Trading Auth Codes/Accounts from botting websites." This way, we don't need to add another sticky and if these threads are created, they can just be reported.

It means the same exact thing. Reporting obviously doesn't fix the problem, or just Dial forgot to lock the thread.

I don't think Stickies will really fix the problem either, and I haven't really seen many threads there about Epicbot account sales or anything. I mean sure, it couldn't hurt to add one. And I reckon Dial forgot to lock the thread.

Yeah, I mean, I guess a sticky wouldn't be necessary, but, people will read stickies more then the actual rules. And today was my first time going through RS markets in awhile, went into misc and there's three on the front page. So I'm not sure what's going on, but it's not allowed, then Dial said it was handled, and all of them are there and open, I was just like.. The hell. But yeah, I assume he just forgot.
