Why you think they are ban evading:
Well, I don't think he's been banned but he has scammed a lot of people but he's been evading it with the "imposter" excuse.

I don't really have to post this since I wasn't dumb enough to fall for his scam but out of good will, I will because it's sad to see this happening here.

I was trying to buy an upgrade and so he asked for my msn. I pm'd him my MSN. I added the MSN account he had on his sythe profile: [email protected], however it didn't come online. I then got added by another MSN account: [email protected].

How did this person get my msn if he wasn't the original? I only pm'd the original one.

I had a chat with him and told him that he was getting accused by a couple of people about him scamming but he replied saying it wasn't true etc. Being stupid, as he is, he then mentioned this statement:
