Please Note: Due to the amount if impostors/ban evaders there are, we do look for applicants to be registered on Sythe for at least 6 months. If you don't meet this requirement, then we also will accept you if you have 50+ service related vouches. If that is not the case when applying, we unfortunately won't be able to hire you for our team. Also, we aren't looking to hire anymore individuals who are from VZ or its neighboring countries. This is due to the high customer risk for bans, and for their protection we are using this policy.



Service Contracts:

Head Supervisor Contract: (Hiring for this role is highly selective)

Deposit of 500M 07 GP​

Fully refundable upon wanting to leave​

Must have no open orders in order to be refunded​

Agree that you'll work at a 90-10% profit

You will receive a 5% commission on tickets that you've quoted yourself, collected payment on, and seen all the way to completion; 2.5% if only payment received (if you didn't quote it yourself)​

Must give a 1 month notice to receive your refund. During this month you'll be on a cool down period so any open orders can be finished​

Must have a clean reputation on Sythe and other forums

You forfeit this deposit if you're caught ban evading on Sythe​

Must be able to speak fluent English and communicate properly with clients. Excellent customer service is a priority for you and you want to make sure our clients are seen to in a timely manner.

You will be expected to assist in quoting tickets

You will be expected to delegate tickets to workers and ensure that none are standing idle.

If you are applying for a head supervisor position, you are not allowed to take payments of 400m or higher for orders

You will be expected to collect payments from customers up to but not including 400m, and if it exceeds that amount you will contact upper staff to collect themselves.

When taking payments, you will make sure you create a .gif of payment collection to show/prove that you have indeed collected and deposited payments

You have an understanding that as we grow as a company, your duties will be subject to change at anytime.

In case a problem arises, you are expected to contact upper staff as soon as possible.​

Must be able to use Discord to communicate with others​

Agree that you'll work at a 80-20% profit​

Must give a 1 month notice to receive your refund. During this month you'll be on a cool down period so any open orders can be finished​

Must have a clean reputation on Sythe and other forums

You are not allowed to take private orders yourself. If a customer reaches out to you, then you will redirect them to our discord server for them to be seen to by us officially.​

Must be able to speak fluent English and communicate properly with clients​

Must be able to use Discord to communicate with others

You forfeit this deposit if you're caught ban evading on Sythe

When able, assist with bumping our service and hiring threads. Since we are a team we all will be working together on this so it does not fall on just one individual.​

Agree that you will never, under any circumstances, accept payments from any order, and will wait for me to collect.​

Agree that by choosing this contract, you will be limited on what orders you can take so that the value of the order does not exceed the deposit amount.​

Once you are accepted into my services, you will be placed on a 1-month trial spot so we can review how you have been doing throughout your time with us and also for us to decide if you will be with us full time.​

​

We are looking for long-term workers who plan on growing with us and making a solid gp income with our active discord.​

Please note that the violation of any part of my TOS below will result in an automatic removal of my services as well as a forfeit of your deposit.

Terms of Service:

1. You will provide everything needed for the service. Unless stated and agreed upon otherwise.

2. You MAY NOT log into the account whilst a service is being done for you unless you have permission from the owner or the worker handling the service. If you log in without permission it will result in the termination of the service with NO REFUND.

3. When you order from our services, you accept and acknowledge that you must remove all unnecessary wealth off of the account. If you fail to remove said wealth, (unless given a valid reason), my workers and I are not responsible for any potential loss of wealth.

4. If my workers or myself are unable to complete an order, you will be refunded the value of what is left.

5. Myself and my workers reserve the right to decline any orders.

6. Any infractions to accounts while doing services are not our responsibility. We will be happy to provide any all screenshots throughout to prove it's hand done.

7. Leaving a vouch isn't mandatory but greatly helps!

8. No refunds will be given upon any bans because everything will be done by hand and no bots will be used during services

9. In the event of a Jagex rollback, we will not be held responsible to complete what was already done at the time of us posting screenshots before the rollback happens. Ex. If the order is 1-50 fm and we post screenshots of 1-30, we are not held responsible to compensate the levels lost in the event of a rollback.

10. Orders have to be completed through the @ Ticket Tool system and employees are not allowed to offer orders outside of the scope of the @ Ticket Tool system in the server. We are not responsible for any work done outside of it.

11. You must change the password of the account once the service has been completed

12. By ordering with us you agree to our TOS.

13. You understand (customer) that you are not to pay a @ HeadSupervisor any sum of money that is equivalent or more than 200m and either you or the @ Head Supervisor will contact an Admin for further processing of the order. This is because our @ HeadSupervisor only have a 300m deposit.
