Look for a 1700+ total account

Recently I've started working 68 hours a week (I'm only 17) as a machinist and I really have no free time. At max I have 3 hours of free time when I get home but it is around 2-3 hours to do what I want. And I have my own account that is 1591 total and it is pretty good, but I don't have the time to train it, so I'm looking for a PVM account. Just to clarify please do not post your bids unless your account is end game. (90+ combat stats, 80+ slayer, high agility & construction, most quests done, a lot of diaries hard+ etc. etc.)

My budget is $200 US (can convert to 07 gold)
