I can't recover this account

Ok, so I got out of RuneScape for a bit and when I came back a few days ago I wanted to get back on Sythe. I forgot my password to my account Mrmagicman, and when I tried sending the email to it's registered email, [email protected] it never appeared. I checked all my filters etc. and none of them had blocked anything, it wasn't in the spam folder or the deleted messages box. I could really use some help getting it back. I can provide the I.P. address it was created under (I think unless it got changed. IDK if I.P.'s can change), can give access to any admins that want to see for themselves the aim email that it should be sending the recover email to, and I'm also on the MSN I put on there earlier, [email protected]. I have been speaking to TGump through it and he told me to put a dispute in here, which is why I am here today. Here is a screenie of the empty email box and like I said before I will give any mod/admin access to the aim email to see for themselves.
