Vouch Substitutes.

Many people use vouches as currency for things. Whether they say "selling vouches!11!!1" or "FREE questing for vouches!11!@," its the same thing... Vouches and the vouch system are rapidly being abused by many many people everyday.

One of the ways to fix this would be to implement a user rating system along with a user rating team. The user rating team would (and should) replace user education. They would be a select trusted few that would be in charge of rating everyone on sythe as the cases come up.

To get rated the buyer/seller in a given trade will have to take MSN and ingame pics of their trades, conversations, thanks, agreements, etc, and post them in a thread in the user rating section. Sort of like report a scammer, except this would be for the good.

The user rating team will review it to make sure that the submission is legit, then add a star (kinda like ebay) to the person's public profile.

This makes it nearly, if not fully, impossible to fake or duplicate vouches.

 

Good Suggestion but idk if people would post all that stuff for the vouches. Why u need to post the "thanks" ? Lol.

Anyways it's a very good base just need some review.

 

You havent thought this through at all have you? How many trades do you think happen in one day? How much time will this take to sort out? Who would actually want to sit looking through every single post of a trade, looking at all the pictures, just for one star in a users profile?

It will take forever to sort these posts out, if there is an more efficient way im down.^_^

 

Theres like 80k people on sythe lol, it would take ages for a few people to look over every trade.
