Requesting pardon for amber heard,

Hello ladies and gentlemen. So i did something stupid, i forgot that after 6 months of pardon time i need to request a new pardon, so i forgot and made new account named john eso, posted my account there etc. after 1 month came back it was banned to then that time i though of i needed to pardon again. well im sorry for not requesting the pardon from the first time but forgot. Well it's been over 6 months i think i would like to request a pardon for my account amber heard. thank you in advance
