If I got banned for that post on the off-topic forum, you can't be serious. It was a freaking joke alright? I wasn't even playing runescape when I was 9, I made it up on the spot.

This is absolutely ridiculous.

 

Unbanned. I'm pretty sure we've ruled the rules of a site can't apply to you before you join/know the site even exists.
