Hello. After a brief... hiatus.. I'd like to post this thread. My intentions here are not exactly to be unbanned, because I do agree what is happening to @Teeto is unfair. I am doing this because after a quick google search of my name after my departure there are some things I wasn't aware of and things I'd like to fix.

I am sorry if this isn't how I am supposed to approach this, but I do not know of any other ways to do so.

I'd like to start off with @ramgill. I did not scam you, again. This is the first time. I recovered the account after this whole mess began because I felt like I was being cheated out of my money as well. It definitely does not justify my actions, but I'd like to apologize for what I did, as I shouldn't have made you pay for something you weren't involved in whatsoever. However, I had to change Discords shortly after this all happened (since I'm assuming I'm going to get questioned about this, my friend kicked me out of an important discord server and I had a new phone so I didn't have my 2FA codes = new discord). I'd be happy to send you the details over Discord @ 2.0#0272 (BECAUSE I DONT USE SKYPE ANYMORE).

Now that the important stuff is out of the way, I'd like to clarify a few things regarding this thread;

A Major issue with the Sythe Rules

1. I did not continue using my compromised Skype account after it was compromised. @Seraphic continuously refers to my langod1 report when he's solely going off of the date I took the screenshots. The images are broken, but as I mentioned in my thread, "This is an old case, unfortunately. I didn't use the account much and I completely forgot to report him when I found out, but it says his last activity was on Saturday so I might as well get this out there." I ONLY logged on to report him, other than that I was using a new Skype account.
2. I've always PMed people even if I've done previous transactions with them, because I thought that was the RULE.
3. Scam quitting????? $300 donator rank down the train over a 100M OSRS scam get your head out of your ass (directed to Seraphic even though he's banned).
4. I didn't even know that the rule @video mentioned was a thing and that I was ever unbanned if I actually was.
5. My other account is DNT because I requested it, if I do remember correctly.

That's about all I can think of. I just want to clarify that the main purpose of this post was to contact ramgill so I can make things right with him again and to clarify about aspects regarding this case, as I think it's unfair that people like Seraphic were jumping to such conclusions while knowing barely anything that had happened. Since this is the dispute section, I guess I will dispute it a bit.

• Still shouldn't be punished because someone assumed they didn't have to ask for a PM.
• I don't even use the Market Section, video or anyone should know that. Throw a DNT on me.

and to @Teeto. I do not mean to disrespect you in any way. I understand where you are coming from and always have, but I hope you understand where I am coming from as well. I do not have the money to be paying anyone back for something that I did not do.

You just admitted to scamming him... so how are you not scamming him?

The only way to make things right is to refund the money you owe to @ramgill for the account you recovered, and the money that you owe @Teeto. Once you've done that, or are ready to do that, then feel free to request a pardon here.
