Ban Appeal - Sparta_

So recently, I got banned due to this user's report: http://www.sythe.org/threads/sparta_.2054775/
I was trying to let the user know that he shouldn't worry as I had the situation in control, and I was trying to help recover his money for him, there have been no previous reports on me regarding snitching to a staff member, because I do not do so. The only reason why I offered help in this case is because it would be getting 5% off a scammers account which would be given back to player who got scammed( http://www.sythe.org/threads/rsmarkets.2054271/ ), as that is always my priority. My use of words was well-thought and although if the perspective of an individual interprets them as a threat, I apologize. I was in no form or way threatening anyone or causing harm to anyone, if we are to re-evaluate the situation again, it will be clear that I was going to be getting this user a 5% off an account that it would not impact, therefore my actions would only serve to be beneficial, and it is unfortunate for the turnout of these events to put me in a bad spot as I was personally not benefiting from it, but since I wasn't losing either, I thought of it as a duty to help someone if I could in any way.
