a question on obby maulers

Is it worth buying an obby mauler or simply channeling the same funds into a decent bot thus trading the scam risk for a ban risk? Also what would be the best bot.

 

Ban rates are pretty high nowadays, it depends on how safe you bot. If you want the account fast and now I would suggest you buy the account, although if you are willing to wait and bot safely then I suggest you bot the account to save money.

 

What would be the top bot to use as in lowest ban rate ill always baby sit and rarely use for over 3 hours at the max

 

Noone knows when you will get banned, because some of players try to report botters, just use any bot with a lot of breaks and wish best luck.

I've used them on my main for over 100+ hours with only one delayed, two day ban, which I got due to a careless botting.

 

How do the bans work now is it instant permanent or a warning ban?

For example on a new account Is it worth a long stretch of bottling taking a two day ban then playing legit?

 

Depends on the history of the account and if you have any bans on your IP.
Generally, you get a two day ban and on rare occasions they'll jump straight to perm.

All of the new pures I've made since using TopBot - I bot for about 6-8 hours a day, 2-3 hours I babysit (talking to people, etc).

Say you get 50 strength, it would be wise to manually walk around varrock for a few hours and socialize and then do a different skill, then resume strength the next day.

 

My plan is to get in from work, play a few hours legit I.e slaying to eventually get slayer staff and then bot for 2 or 3 hours for raw experience? Sound like it could work?

Botting is NO RISK, and I mean this. What is necessary is that you have a secluded spot, and a script with good antiban, or one that is used by as few people as possible.

JMods manually ban many of the bots, so seclusion is necessary. Find a spot that nobody else would use, at the sacrifice of maybe 5-10% of your maximum XP rates.

The bot recognition seems to be picking up for popular scripts, and that is because its easy to determine a common pattern when thousands of accounts are repeating the same action. Use a less popular script, or one like a TriBot script with ABCL compliance in order to look unique under Jagex's watch.

 

I would say to buy the bot u can make an obby mauler pretty easily and u technically will have that bot script forever which even if u get banned u can use again. For ban rates it's really high ATM especially for 07
