750-1,000 spells depending on the spell.
650 Addy arrows / 350 rune arrows.
8 Sara brews [4]
10 Super restores [4]
20 Prayer potions [4]
200 Sharks

Higher stats mean lower costs for the quest. I have completed the quest twice, once with 11 prayer, no food droppers, second time with prayer and 94 range.
