How can you say I'm a chronic pain in the ass and just deny my request for restitution? I've been banned for over 2 years. You used to be friends with me when I was a user of these forums, then when you got staff and finn shunned me you did the same. I'm requesting to come back and show that I have changed and that I'm not a "pain in the ass" or a "undesirable".

To quote what govind said; "who were punished and/or ostracized from this community for personal dislike, unfair reasons"

"If you were banned or had your account deleted for such vague reasons as being "sinister", "a shady character" or "an undesirable", or for association with the same, regardless of how long ago, you are encouraged to post a dispute"

That applies to me fairly well. Why not give me a chance? I've been banned for over 2 years for stupid reasons to put it bluntly. I just want to come back and use these forums and talk to old friends.

 

I forgot you were banned correctly via the official rules, therefore your not eligible for restitution. You will have to request a pardon, which I will instantly veto.
