RS private server help.

Ok me and my friend have a runescape private server and I was wondering if any of you guys knew how to get the code to allow arrows and other stackable items to stack up. When ever you use a arrow on here it doesn't stack and only allows you to pick up one of them. So does anyone know the code to fix that. Please and thank you.
