Question bout banning.

Say i were to have someone who is currently on sythe WORK FOR ME under my service so he becomes one of my workers on my skilling service.

& SAY that he scams someone while doing a job.

Does he get banned? Or will i get banned because it was my skilling service that he was working under?

Someone sent me a message saying they wanted to work under me , and i did not reply because i was scared, that if he did scam i would be banned, please answer this question for me.

You will not get banned but the worker will.

 

You will both get banned until one of you pay back the scammed member.

It has happened a lot in past, be careful.

 

Yeah if this worker scams on a job that is directly from your combined service then you will be liable also. If he scams of his own accord outside of the service however, I believe you aren't liable. Basically you just have to be careful about picking your partners.

 

You're both doing the same service [Partners].
If one you scams someone off the site, you'll be involved too because you are his partner.

An example would be Nerfed & Invocation.
They were partners, 1 of them scammed and they other got banned too because he is part of it.

 

As the rules stated, you both will get banned if that happens until you pay the victim back.

 

You will both be banned, until you repay, and then you'll be unbanned, but your partner stays banned for scamming..

 

All the above, choose wisely or you could end up in a mess.
