It's either generated or stolen.

 

The real owner is well known, and has declared many times that it's never leaving the safety of his account.

The only way I can be sure this exists, if this guy posts the actual icons of the sword here. Only the real owner and a few other people actually know them, including me.

 

There isn't only one, learn that 8 months ago, people could GENERATE items, that's why all the prices are going down.
