I'm a scammer

I sold him an account on 26 April 2019, then after three months he allegedly says the account got stolen, after re selling the account to multiple third parties. I have no responsible for third party acts, And he did not comply with the terms (his own profile terms).

Lol where to start with this guy. First let's start with the fact that those are my terms for when I sell an account, not buy one. Second, those terms are new as of about 2/3 weeks ago and I can confirm this because I sold the account in question to Discord UID 397187608196808736 (he does not have sythe, and came across my thread while browsing sythe without an account, and asked to remain anonymous)(proof: http://imgur.com/gallery/gqAu34A). The account was sold only to him and the warranty on the account is my old one, which is a 6 month 100% refund policy, Which he can confirm along with anyone else who bought an account from me prior to 3 weeks ago. He says I did not follow through with my terms but yet here he is in discord when he sold me the account agreeing that if the account was ever recovered at all that I would be charging my money back

The guy I sold it to has be the one and only owner of the account up until now and he can confirm this so I have no clue why he thinks I sold the account to multiple parties. Because you know, it's definitely an easy job to sell an account to more than one person at the same time and not have any issues come up for 3 months.

My best guess is he recovered it (the email it got recovered to is similar to his other emails, and starts with G, the first letter of his name). Tried to cover it up by pinning it on me for 'selling to multiple third parties' and claiming he has nothing to do with it and can't be bothered to help. Which is odd, because he argues with me on discord for hours on end but refuses to take 5 mins and attempt to recover the account, as that would prove his innocence and save him from a charge back. The security info he gave me was either incorrect or not enough to recover the account and the request got denied, and no help recovering the account was received from OP. I hope this was enough to clear my name, if anyone has further questions let me know

refuting zapdos arguments. he says that I accepted the 100% refund term, which is a lie, I accepted the terms proposed by the sales page, which says that the liability for 3 months and third parties is not mine. (and also the allegedly 100% refund term he says is totally abusive if you think about it, he sold the account to multiple third parties, got stolen, and he refunded ME LMFAO.)

You quite literally agreed that I would be charging back my money if the account was at all recovered. So I have no clue why you say Im lying.

For context, my "insurance" for accounts THAT I SOLD, prior to three weeks ago was:

"Premium Purchase Protection: If this account is recovered in the first 6 months after purchase I will reimburse 100% of the sale cost + up to 50-100m insurance on lost items."

For accounts that I was purchasing at the time, my terms of service looked something like this. This is not a screenshot of mine and @Supbruv 's conversation but with another user who sold me an account approx. 3 weeks before i bought @Supbruv 's. Screenshot below

If you want I can screenshot all the account creation information he gave me, which excludes, ISP and any membership payment information. He continues claiming I have all of the information but as posted in the screenshots on my first post between myself and the person i sold the account to, all attempts to recover the account were instantly denied. When asked to provide information, or go over the information he gave me, he refused claiming I have all of the information. So yeah, either he did not give me enough information, or fake information.

Furthering my case that it was him that recovered it:

- He claimed to be receiving emails about email changes, that he says are "proof" that I sold the account to multiple third parties. But if he claims that I owned the creation and registered email and it was given to me at the point of purchase. How in the hell is he receiving emails about MY account 3 months later? Unless of course, he recovered it.

 

Sorry for the long post lol. Btw If you go through my vouches (Zapdos' vouches!), I've been buying accounts for Paypal pretty well since I started buying accounts on here and never once have I had an issue with customers claiming I charged back money for an unjust reason.

 

As i said before, the allegedly 100% refund term he says is totally abusive if you think about it, and i didnt agree with that. Sells the account to multiple third parties, then refunds the one who he bought the original account from. This is tottaly BS

 

Mate, I sold it to one person, the UID i put in the first post, and here he is confirming that is the case.



So please stop saying im selling these accounts to multiple people as that is not the case and has never been the case and hurts my reputation I have worked to build up here on sythe.

If my customers have a problem with my, once again, ACCOUNT SELLING POLICY, NOT BUYING. they can take it up with me directly, but it is very similar to a lot of popular account sellers' TOS.

the screenshots in above posts show that I had sold the account to the same UID months ago, and this is the current conversation between us confirming no one else had access while he had the account. I dont know how you dont consider this proof, but I am done here and await moderator's decision as I believe I have proven a good enough case to clear my name up.

 

Those are phishing emails lmao - As an account salesman Zapdos you should know that.

You cannot cancel an email that has been changed. This is how emails look. They stopped giving a "Your Runescape Email has changed" back in like 2014



Sidenote: Runescape Emails also include the username of the account you're changing the email to, so...?

Once again, this “uid proof” has no credibility, You could have passed the credentials by your self to another buyer or even that person. This uid haven’t proven nothing but saying no one logged on the account.
