I know I am new to the site but I went to go do a deal with him on cs 1.6 he said 4 dollars and when I agreed he said 9.5 then when I said ok man sounds like you want money more send me game for considering it was only 9.99 He backed out and said bye and logged offline he tried this method twice on me once using cs go so be carefull and watch who vouches him!! I do have screen shots of it all.

Well I read through the conversation and you are both accusing one another of being scammers. Thankfully, nobody actually got scammed.

There is nothing we can do though. Just ignore him and don't trade with that user again in the future. Thanks.
