Views on PS4?

I would like some feedbacks and opinions from those who have bought Playstation 4.

How is the console like?
Graphics wise does it lag?
Any hardware/software problems so far?

Anything that you think is appropriate in regards to this thread, post it here I'm considering if I should buy when I get my pay next month.

Overall it's decent, however, I don't believe it was worth buying. I would've been just as fine with the Ps3..

How is the console like? Very sexy. Size wise is very impressive considering the brick is internal. Not heavy at all and runs very well.
Graphics wise does it lag? I haven't experienced any lag yet so as far as I know nope.
Any hardware/software problems so far? I haven't had any problems so nope. Software runs smoothly and the OS is very simple and easy to use yet great.

I have 0 regrets of buying the PS4.

That's interesting about the weight of the PS4 i love la. I've not held a PS4 but the first thing I noticed about the xbox one when I got the box was that it was quite heavy. It's not an issue ultimately since it's not like I sit at home cradling it when I am not playing it but just an observation.

4. Laugh at yourself for considering going to a console.

 

The PS4 is not even a little bit heavy. It's very light and very easy to move around. I basically could move the console with all wires and controllers in another room in just 1 journey.

 

to all the pc people, yeah a pc is better but i prefer a console since i game with friends and its awesome to game in my bed

I mean I could do that with the xbox one since it's not like 350 kg but it is a noticeable weight. Wonder what the added weight is.

 

nothing cooler than gaming on my pc, on my 65" TV, while using my wireless PS3 controller(via Bluetooth connection) to play. All while pumping out the sound through my home theater system. You could take that into the bedroom if you wanted. When ur done gaming, just go to your music folder...and jam out....or whatever you're into doing. Gotta think outside the box bro, a computer doesn't have to be at a desk. I got my gaming laptop for mobile gaming anywhere....and my desktop to get the "real deal" gaming experience that's no different than playing on a console in the essence of how you actually play the game.

Regardless, to be on topic....as for my views on it...the hardware is OBV superior to the XB1, it seems like there may have been problems in the earliest batch of the PS4s but im not sure of the truth behind that. Powerful systems for sure...sadly though The Witcher 3 has already explored the full potential of each system's hardware. The game developers have simply stated that The Witcher 3 has stretched both systems out for everything that they're worth in terms of capability. I'll be curious to see how it looks on them!

 

well i don't own a ps4 yet, but if you want some gameplays go to youtube or twitch, i also did that, the graphic looks pretty sexy
one thing i hate like hell is that you can't play ps3 games on the ps4 -.- i have about 30 ps3 games i couldn't play on a ps4...

 

You should know what I meant by that. In other words, it's like it has no weight.

 

Xbox One is trash compared to it

 

Ps 4 has like 2 exclusives wich are both no reason to buy a new console for 400 $. Just wait till some more games are availabe on the ps 4

 

I have a Gaming PC my own and sometimes I do get bored of it because of the games I play or rather I have little games that I play.

So I'm looking into investing a console for myself which is the PS4 as I'll plugging to my 22" PC Monitor. Reason being is because if I plugged to my 42" TV at the living room, I can't be playing all day long. Downside is I can't fully utilize the HD that is all. Besides that, I can play while I'm sitting on my gaming chair / lying down on bed and use the cable instead of Wi-Fi. Swap between PS4/PC without much hassle.

 

Xbox is so crap compared to ps4 I have both

 

I own both consoles and I can tell you both have it's perks and flaws. Xbox better interface better over all machine in terms of multimedia center. PlayStation is good for games but only for single player games multiplayer wise over this year and future Xbox will conquer especially with Titan-fall comes out... I mean if you enjoy playing single player over and over again that's awesome but I am die hard multiplayer guy and Xbox wins in that area of gaming.
