Can anyone help me with Sony Vegas (render settings)

Hello sythe!
So I'm having trouble with the render settings on Sony Vegas. Im trying to upload a video (cod gameplay) to youtube in 720p. I believe I have ALL render settings correct (looked up about 30 videos) and when I view the video on youtube the highest quality is 480p. If someone could help me out and maybe teamview me to help I would appreciate it so much. Thanks.​
