Video, you closed my pardon

Video, may i ask you please to open it back, because i've just read the rules, and it said.

''If the ban was for scamming, all victims must have been paid back, or at least contacted with an attempt at paying them back, before a pardon is considered. If any of the victims become active again, the ban will be reapplied until they are fully repaid.''

 

That rule probably needs to be clarified. If you can't contact your victims, you need to give the money to a mod to hold

 

To my knowledge Video, we only require that they make an attempt to payback inactive victims, and if they return, they must pay them in full or be banned again.
