Video keeps DNT for no reason

Which violation you are reporting the user for: Keeping DNT 3weeks for no reason
Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: April 3rd he gave me DNT because account I sold got recovered and I said I will get it back, so Video gave me DNT as a precaution. From that time he never replies to me which result in whole 3weeks with DNT even though I instantly paid $200 of $450 sale, got the account back and agreed with buyer that he will get more $ after I resell the account.
I got the account back April 6th and it took video 13days(April 19th) to reply that I can't refund partial and resell the account, so I needed to full refund him. April 22nd I fully refunded buyer and since then video is not replying, keeping my DNT even more, I literally can't wait more, I lost so much clients, time and money because of Video, this is not how Sythe administrators should work, I asked him many times to reply me or forward case to any other staff member but seems he just don't care.
All our conversation looks like this with 1message from Video replied every like 5days which is smth like "sorry I am busy" so there's no point sharing full conversation but I can send for staff members via discord or add here if needed.
