Video Game Habits

I play WoW daily and CoD occasionally.

I will admit that I play a bit too much, but I do a very fine job at balancing school, sports and games rofl.

 

i used to play runescape regularly, but meh i did everything now.

 

Quit runescape the day mw3 came out.

I play 4-6 hours a day on mw3 since i'm on break.
9th prestige level 55.
Once I'm 10th lvl 80 I'm going to buy BF3 and play that.
I might try skyrim but I have no idea what it's even about.

 

I never really knew what skyrim was about and had never previously played an Elder Scrolls game. However, you don't need to have, nor do you need to know what It's about, It's an amazing game which you won't regret buying.

 

I don't play them anymore besides the occasional game of MW3.

 

That's not all of them. I have some more discs lying around somewhere as well as some games installed that I never play.

Having said that, I don't play all that many games nowadays. If I do it's probably Skyrim or some multiplayer game like TF2 with friends.

 

I got 15th prestige in BLOPS in 10 and a half days of gameplay.

Waste of time.

So you think you being a "Scholarly jock" and playing games breaks a stereotype? That in itself is sterotyping that gamers cant be in shape. People with those kind of thoughts disgust me. especially since gaming is targeted at everybody now and not just nerdy people. Ex: Fifa, Madden, Nba games. I would say atleast 50% of the people playing those games personally play the sports and are most definately in shape.

There is no stereotypcal gamers anymore since every single person I know under 40 plays console games now. But thank you for feeding the sterotype and bragging that your in shape and play games. Gaming has nothing to do with physical features.

I agree with you but you forgot to mention UFC games. Just because you play games, doesn't mean your fat or nerdy. The gaming industry has a mass market, it includes a lot of age ranges, both genders etc but not fat people.

 

Lol female targeted games! Hello kitty island adventures FTW! (JK) Forgot about fighting games as I dont play many sports games Myself. Also forgot to mention When I was in College I roomed with 3 kids on the sports team and they All played video games. Infact the entire soccer team and tennis team got together to play Fifa atleast once a week (the entire tennis team was brazzilian and obsessed with soccer) so I would Argue that almost everyone who plays sports does indeed or should play video games.Its a good addition to practice since you can play in any weather and It helps you with reactions and your team tactics.

 

I play lots of games these are just my top ones that xfire have recorded. Latley all I have been playing is LoL and minecraft. I would play LoL around 6-10 hours a day when I'm not working lol.

This doesnt include the thousands of hours from Runescape.

How did this turn into a "phsyical attributes" rage discussion? I simply meant that a lot of people to not ASSOCIATE themselves between video games such as WoW and Runescape and athletes. It IS the majority, you cannot deny that. Next post like that and I'm reporting you from spam.

Eh, I probably play 2-3~ hours of COD:MW3 now since school break. As it happens, I played 1-2~ hours of games a day when school was still on. It's so nice to just zone out and not worry about anything but that mother fucking guy who ruined your kill streak.

 

Yeah, video games CAN be relaxing. For example RS is typically more relaxing than CoD.

 

I don't game much anymore but I enjoy playing 1.6 if people I know want to play. Also CS:GO is fun but computer can't handle it. I might give LOL a shot soon but we will see.

It depends. I play video games when there's nothing better to do, and when I have no responsibilities to take care of. It varies a lot, so I don't have an exact number. I've been playing LoL quite a bit lately, just recently got back into RS.
