I don't think there is a specific section for this type of service but this is not where it would be placed.

If you're offering a service as such, i recommend advertising it into your signature so people view it whenever you post.

You could as well, go to video sections and anyone who have posted a pk video (if that's what you edit), you could inform them of your services.
