fixing stats and npc hitpoints

    fixing stats and npc hitpoints
    I need a code or something to fix my stats.. When i am training i will get lvl up messages but only my combat lvl goes up on stat screen but not the other stats they remain at 1. And most of my other npcs have 0 hitpoints, how can i fix that?
