Explanation of the trade:

The plan was to sell 700M 07 in two trades for just under .55 USD, paid in GBP through UKBT. I traded him the 350M 07 and was waiting for the payment, which never came. It's been two days now. I'd like to emphasise that I've sold around £300 worth of gp to him before without issues, so this is quite out of character for him. He has explained that his bank is having issues, but it being two days is quite worrisome already. I can provide proof of not receiving it in my bank statement if required, also can send unedited versions of any pictures and any other info required.

Sent £150 to this user via UKBT (N26).

They're currently experiencing problems processing payments, the money has left my account and I have given the customer screenshot proof of the live chat advisory telling me it's a problem on their side and there's nothing I can do until they resolve the matter, they advised me to wait 3 days for a resolution, I notified the customer of this but have been reported after 2.

It is a bank wide issue not just me.

I have dealt with thousands of £ via UKBT without a single issue, I have also bought more than once from this user with him going first, evident in my vouches, so I don't see why you would assume malice from my end in this situation and apply me with a DNT, but we move.

I currently cannot do anything until the bank responds with an update on when his payment will be released, anyone from the UK can verify N26 is a legitimate prepaid bank and there is no funny business being carried out on my end, nor would there ever be.



This is literally from the bank itself, I don't understand what else you would want me to do in this situation, the funds have been taken from my account and the bank advised me that it will enter the customers account soon.

If it was a case where the funds had been returned to my account then I would have simply refunded.

Unfortunately this is just a scenario of having banking issues when dealing via UKBT, it happens.

 

I don't understand why a DNT would be placed on me, there is proof provided that it is a bank side issue and not me attempting to scam anyone.

this is a non-refundable UKBT payment of £150 we're talking about here lol. This is like giving someone a DNT because their BTC payment is taking too long to confirm.

No problem though I guess, be back when the situations resolved.

 

Update on the situation so the relevant people are informed.

 

The money finally bounced back into my account yesterday morning, contacted the customer ASAP as it now viable to arrange a refund as the funds have been returned.



No response from the customer in over 24 hours and would like this resolved swiftly, so I am willing to deposit the funds to yourself @Pikachu, which can be held and released to the customer when he comes back online. I have BTC or 07GP available.

Let me know if this is possible, hopefully this can resolve my DNT rank situation, thanks again.

As for the customer @mahmodsediq, I would like to apologise on for any inconvenience this has caused you and hopefully you can understand this was a bank side issue and it was out of my hands.

Regardless, the customer has now been refunded in full, hopefully I can be re-instated into the forums in full now, thanks.
