New recovery system

So as I believe some of you have noticed Runescape has released new account recovery system. Regular appeals will take about 1-3 minutes and locked appeals about 10 minutes. System is easier but I see two gliches/downgrades in it so far.

* I personally can't change the password after I have received confirmation of successful recovery on my e-mail, the page just keeps loading until it gets white.

* As im moderator in my country, I need to control the account information before its but on sale in ''Verifed accounts''. Anyway I have had to recover three accounts so far and they all got locked after being accepted by the system.

 

Im going experiment with this.

Wasn't aware they changed it, cool.
