Very Strange Situation - Possible Recovery (Second Time)

Here's the Funny thing.

On the 24/10/2018 I bought the Account from @Drugslord for 650M, everything went well for a few days.
On the 4th of November at around 7PM GMT+1 Time I get 3 Consecutive E-mails from Jagex requesting to Change Password of the Account I bought. Proof - http://prntscr.com/lg73e4
Next Day, the when I try login onto the Account it says that the Account has been Locked due to Suspicious Activity and I found out that the ORIGINAL E-mail (That is still owned by @Drugslord ) Got Re-Registered to the Account.

This is where I tried to Contact the User on my Original Discord (OSRS-Butlers#7357) however I found out that I was BLOCKED by the User.
I had a Secondary User that wasn't known by the Seller and he added me there.
I asked what had happened and the User acted very strange, and only agreed to help once he saw my type in the "help" section of Sythe's Discord that I will be filing a Dispute.

Cutting the Long Story short, He helped me out and Re-registered the E-mails Account to my E-mail. (I will show proof of Conversation at the Bottom of this).

Now the Story is about to happen again, Today I got another Password Reset for the Account (Proof - http://prntscr.com/lg75ca).
I do not feel safe on this account anymore, and Personally I would like a Refund of the GP I paid back.
The fact that this has happened once and miraculously the Registered E-mail became the ORIGINAL E-mail is very strange to me.

Please let me know on your take.
(P.S. There was a lot of Drama about me Scamming Actively on Osbot.org, however after showing relevant proof, I was unbanned by Maldesto and allowed back in the Community. I had scammed before and Fully Refunded to any Damages..Just mentioning to clear things up), However this shouldn't effect me posting this appeal and relevant proof in order to help Moderator's Help.

I've been unbanned off-site where I had committed any scams in the Past.
Everyone has been Refunded and I am now back to offering Services while being on TWC.

You recovering an account is also a Scam.
If it Got approved by @video due to the fact I was under a lot of Chaos in the recent days (Again, the Chaos evolved around a Miscommunication between osbot)..... this has to be now re-discussed as per my explanation and below proof I am now considered to be a "Full Refunded" osbot member trying to earn back my reputation.

I aint a scammer. NEVER had issues but this is another case. I have messages @video about the situation right after some report about you and @Maldesto came up. He approved the recovery. I am not going in discussion since i am barely active ( not playing games at all ) and not following the whole situation about you right there. I just do whatever they ask me to do.

PS: been reading the link. I am waiting for @video now about the situation.

 

This is being looked into but you have a history of paypal chargebacks and ban evasion on this site. There's also an open report involving you right here: Maldesto Scammed Me

 

I should be not involved in the Situation that you Linked as I have done my part and fully refunded as per @Maldesto and Moderators on osbot's Instructions.

With Regards to me and Sythe, I have opened a Dispute a few minutes ago where I asked you guys to help me find out proof of me conducting any Scams here.
If the latter is infact proven, I will refund INSTANTLY - I want to be able to run my Services smoothly and furthermore maybe be able to extend to Sythe too.

That being said, I will clarify that I have refunded ALL my wrongdoings on osbot.org and will do the same here if any proof is brought up of me scamming anyone.

With regards to the Situation here, I am HAPPY with the account, however unhappy with the Recovers which are not that worrisome because they apparently have been supported by you guys (and not any scammer), so ultimately if we can agree on having me keep the account I bought without further hassle, I am happy to keep it and not be refunded.

 

I appreciate that you are making amends but we still need to confirm that you don't have any other outstanding debts. If we find any you are welcome to repay those out of pocket and have the account returned and if we don't find any the account will be returned as well

A mod has collected his refund on osbot and is currently refunding everyone.

Also @video , at this point I am "In Theft" of 650M... what are we going to do about this?
I'd really like a Refund of what I paid for the account if this situation is going to be lengthy.
I do not expect to be given more than 650M (Because I have also achieved 1 prayer firecape on the account) but I do expect that you guys co-operate and understand that I can not be in 650M loss..
