Very odd reason for ban.

So I'm not sure how participating in black hat activities is scamming??? There was no evidence of scamming, yet the threat title was scammer...
I was banned on hack forums for paying a member to put something "bad" about another member in his signature... I have honestly never scammed someone, and if they felt that I had cheated them in any way a refund was issues without question... I would like to fight this ban, because it makes no sense...
