I believe he is a little mis-understood when it comes to how the game of real life works, but I also don't think he has any bad intentions.

Let him back with a TwC and if he can prove he is a legitimate trader, then it may come off in due time.

I banned you since you went AFK while I was talking to you last night, and I had to leave before the issue was resolved.

That is part of the problem. He has his money, but from your other thread, I believe that's kind of the point. If the agreement was for him to send money via paypal and claim it back after you've misused the funds, then regardless of what he said later about you "keeping it" (which you have no proof of anyway, as far as I know) is irrelevant.

He did not scam you by recovering the funds if that is what you originally agreed upon. However, you did scam him by recovering the accounts.

I also don't know if you should have been unbanned in the first place if you have done this sort of thing often. Last time, you implied there were 'extenuating circumstances.'
