Suggestion-Ranking

Thanks for taking your time to read this, and I'm dearly sorry if it has already been suggested or is already a thread out there, but I could not find it.

A main pinned thread that explained all the rankings and other thingamajiggers (Such as "Runescape Moderator") and whatnot. It would be so helpful.
