Dicing Clan Money/GP Management

Hey, I'm curious as to how some of the larger dicing/gambling clans on RS manage all of the gold they receive. I have a handful of questions about the topic.

Does solely the owner of the clan collect the hosting fees? This seems like a lot of work but how else would they go about doing this?

Also, wouldn't receiving such large amounts of gold flag them for RWTing? I'm guessing they use mules or something but even that doesn't seem like a safe way to store billions of GP. And if they actually do want to sell some of the gold they make, how do they get away with it without getting reset/banned?

It seems like a lot of work for just a sole owner, anyone know what sort of system they use to make this aspect of running the clan more efficient?

 

Generally you have trusted associates, someone you trust with large sums of money, someone you've known and have let handle lots and vise versa in the past.

Lots of people started off with only the owner collecting, I.e cora.

 

They have their accounts locked..

Such as Mew2 had his account locked for a while upon request and kept it that way as it was unhackable.

 

How can you request that?

 

You can request it yes but after so many locks they constitute it as abuse.
