And NO. YOU CANNOT X2 SPEC WITH A KORASI NORMALLY WITH A RIGOUR.
Korasi = 60 spec. 10% of 60 is 6. 60-6 = 56 spec drained with 44% left.

sigh...its simple, spec msb, 68% spec, wait till 98%, start counter, at 28 seconds spec, then youll get 10% spec at 30 seconds = double spec.
