Small change regarding infractions.

Just requesting a rule change. If a yes/no question has been posted as a thread such as.

"Can Whips train strength"

If the question has already been answered with a simple

"Whips can't train strength"

any other response after that saying "no" should be infracted for spam. I see way to many threads asking a simple question and 7 people have stated the same answer.

Also, a thread like this:

Many people posted "Pointless, free trade has come out." After the first post saying its pointless, 9 other people posted with the same thing.

 

It's true people just post the same answer, to get their post count up.

 

Generally, things like that are infracted for spam.
