Not sure how or where to sell my accounts!

Last time i logged in was 2 years ago, and now im not sure where my accounts fit in... Some are since rsc, most from rs2 did they get converted to this new rs? and the stuff?

How can your pc not handle RS? RS literally has the same requirements as internet explorer 11 (more or less)
