Click on where you sent the money to him, should be able to click the "details" button on your sending/receiving orders, and then scroll down until you see "Click Here" to resolve a transaction problem, and tell Paypal what occurred and you should receive your money back.

Look for the amount you sent on the "Activity List" on your homepage. Beside the amount you've sent to the guy, you'll see "Details". Scroll down on that page and click "Click here to resolve a transaction problem" and explain PayPal your issue.

    Goodluck charging back your money.

If you got that part working, I suggest you take pictures of the chat logs, or anything you used to communicate. It will give you more chance of winning that way.

Claim it was an unauthorized transaction. It's the only way, unless you'd like to ring them up.

You could explain the trade, or possibly just leave it blank. I've got no idea, sorry.

^ He means your paypal will be limited...

I don't think you have a chance to get your money back, since it's illegal to buy runescape accounts... IDK tho.

If you claim an unauthorised transaction it will only be because someone else paid for the item, usually someone who has hacked into your paypal account.

The true and only way to get your money back is by ringing paypal up.
You may have a small chance if you make a white lie otherwise.

I've got the same issue, BUT I paid through my DC/CC option, so I can just go to the bank and have them cancel the payment!
It's the best way to trade unless you're trading with a highly trusted member.

I wouldn't claim an unauthorized transaction if your PayPal is not verified also if it has a decent amount of $ in it then PayPal have no problem in limiting it.

The best thing to do is to call them up and tell them in person. Always like cosrob said make sure you have AS MUCH evidence as you can get.
