Vengeance- What exactly is it?

I looked it up on RuneHQ, and all it said was "rebound damage".

Well, what does that mean?

You cast it, and whatever the person hits soon, it deals back about 99% of the damage. You can 1 hit someone w/ dds spec and vengeance

I use it on my main. Its like a ring of recoil

 

It deals 75% of what your opponent hits on you back, Rounded upwards.
Examples

Opponent/You hit back
4/3
12/9
20/15

It works like a ring of recoil and can be stacked with it.

 

i dont see the point of it though....needs 94 mage i believe and then why just use ice barrage then?
and yeah basically ring of recoil on steroids....

 

the point is cause most use it in low lvl egde wild when if you barrage in low lvl egde wild in world 18 or 22 its kinda a cheap ass way to try and pk..
