Why are zerkers good?

Why are zerkers so good? I hear about them alot. I'm not saying they're rubbish

 

Turmoil Zerkers offer nearly the highest str bonus possible while staying relatively low combat. In their combat range you are pretty much screwed if you're not a Turmoil Zerker yourself.

 

They hit extremely hard and extremely high for their combat levels, and are designed to be very offensive, hard-hitting machines in the wilderness.

A perfect zerker account would have 99 magic and 99 ranged as well, which gives you a little bit of diversity in your PKing and allows you to use things like vengeance etc. to aid you in your PKing.

 

They can have a very high strength bonus for their cb level due to 40 def, but also have high attacking stats.

 

Turmoil zerk with Chaotic maul or Rapier [ Maul especially] rapes, i have a bunch of them and my maxed one has a KDR of like 16-1, according to that pkking hat

They are just the right thing to do if you fail your pure.

 

Because they dominate the wilderness, they have the best bonuses and hit extremely high compared to other pures at their level.

 

Turmoil zerkers are the hardest hitters for their combat level, they tend to wreck mains and pures with a similar combat level to them.

But range tanks with divine/ely tend to be able to tank them out and kill them because they only have 45 defense.

I'd say a zerker is one of the best pking accounts out there, definately worth trying out.

They have defense so pures can't hit extremely well, and also they can rip through 1 defense

 

It's just good to have defence in general when pking. Normally around cb lvl 70-76, the loot wont be that amazing, so you might as well get defence levels so you can fight with people that will bring more gear.

 

They have one of the highest damage outputs among all pures, considering the low combat level yet high strength bonuses. I believed a fully maxed zerk maxes at 124 combat. One problem that zerkers encounter is going up against mains. Obviously the latter would have higher defence, making it a tougher challenge. Personally, I prefer addy daddies. Although they cannot use vengeance.

 

Rune pures are honestly better then zerkers as they can stay even lower combat and still wear almost maxed strength bonus for their level.
