I just got my copy of the game. I have played through abit of it.. Really enjoying the story.

The whole mark & execute is a great function along with the EMP's.

Was wondering if any of you guys have picked up a copy and what where your thought's on it?

EDIT: I think this may be in the wrong section, If so could some-one please move it, Thank's.

I read the book and I'd be interested in knowing how the game turned out. From the sound of the book, I'd assume the game has a lot of chase related gameplay. Won't go any farther into that as I don't want to spoil any of the story line, but again, I would be interested in hearing what you think about the game as I might buy it.

About the proper forum section, I believe console would be most fitting, but no need to have it moved, while it is traditionally a 3rd person espionage/shooter there should be no qualms having the thread here, and it will most likely reach the same audience.

I saw a little of it on TV yesterday and it looked pretty nice, with all the different paths you can take. I have 2 older splintercell games and I really enjoyed them but in the older ones you had to go stealth most of the time. In Conviction you can do both I've heard. I haven't got it (yet) but it looks fun to me.

Yeah, You can approach the game in which ever way you like that being stealth or go rambo guns blasting.

also v3, the game does involve chasing but its great :D i recommend you buy the game bro.

Ya, I liked the book, and I'm not much of a fiction reader. I'll probably pick the game up for PC just cause I like smexy graphics, and the game conveniently comes out on Steam on my 20th birthday. A little present for myself perhaps? Eh, I don't care how I justify it, I'm gonna end up getting it :p

I like it so far. A couple of hours in. The mark and execute system is pretty neat but it's funny to see sometimes the enemy walks behind a wall and you still put a bullet in his head :p. I'm probably going to finish the story first then play some coop.

Yeah, one of my executed guys walked be hide a wall and i was like oh fuck that wont get him.. But it was like the wall wasn't even there.

I've finished single-player and co-op there both really fun.
