User was accused of scamming here:
    http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1922512-i-got-scammed.html
The same day, he all of a sudden goes inactive for two weeks.
    https://gyazo.com/c733213dc82952b55b35ac0aece5cec1

He's later accused of scamming again here:
    http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1928787-octaners-scammer.html
    http://www.sythe.org/report-spammer-archive/1933198-reported-post-octane.html
    https://gyazo.com/1524d317d395e76824ef043f0f8e042c
And once again went inactive for another 2 weeks.

Additionally, as shown in the reported post above, he claims the 2nd user that accused him of scamming had attempted to use a fake middleman. I fail to see how that's possible. The user posted claiming he was scammed on two threads (the only two things the scam could've involved - the only two things Octane offers) and the second one is here:
    http://www.sythe.org/report-spammer-archive/1933199-reported-post-octane.html

Assuming it was via account rentals:
How could this be possible? The only thing that would've been traded would be a deposit for the account and a false mm scam wouldn't make sense in this situation as the account could be recovered from the renter.

Assuming it was via an account sale: (additional reason to believe this: http://www.sythe.org/report-spammer-archive/1928783-reported-post-tuinbankje.html
This would not make any sense either. If the user was using a fake middleman it is the same situation in which Octane could just recover the account after receiving the money. No matter the scam, this allegation that the second user to accuse him of scamming is clearly false as it does not make logical sense and seems impossible. He could also provide evidence of this, but decided not to. He simply wanted to discredit the (seemingly valid) accusation against him. He is clearly capable of making a report, so what stopped him in this situation? http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1906907-ho-slappa.html http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1920513-cowers-ban-evader-scammer.html

The user Octane clearly fabricated a claim against a user accusing him of scamming to keep suspicion away from himself. Additionally, he has a tendency to "disappear" for a while after scamming, which is general scammer/ban evader behavior in people that ditch profiles to move on to the next one, expecting a ban.

We typically require Skype profile matches to ban, but it's highly unlikely one newcomer would frame another newcomer. I'll go out on a limb and use my experience on Sythe for this one and ban, thanks.
