Unable to recover/reset password

I have 2 Sythe accounts, one that is from 2009 and one from 2010. The one from 2010 which name is Cryptic Wolf, I am unable to get a valid password reset email to? I sent a couple requests and didn't receive the emails in my inbox for like 7 hours? When I clicked the link in the email I was given this page

Additionally, here is the email for the password reset that I received, many hours after requesting the reset.

The other account that is from 2009 which username is Perf I am unable to remember what email I used for it. It's either a yahoo or live email, but more than likely a Yahoo address given the time I created the account. Although, yahoo made some change where if you're inactive on an email for a year it erases all emails from it, so I'm unable to see which email it could have been that way.

Ideally I would want to recover Perf, but either is fine if I can only recover one.

Please let me know if this is possible and what information I can provide to gain access back to them

 

There isn't much information to go off of as these accounts are quite old. Feel free to go through old posts to find information to verify you with i.e if you've posted your real name somewhere before.
