At the moment it's 200 cb, it will be great for legacy mode as it will drop back to its original combat. Good pking account only thing missing is 99 mage. However the last blackmark was due to the auto typer auto mute thing. As you can see it was appealed. It does have 20 days left of membership as well. It has a name that goes quite well with a range tank, I'm not sure it's considered rare.
