J hot161 scamming me for 20mill.

all the relevant pictures below. I thought i could trust him as ive traded with him before and have known him in RS for over 6 years now. I gave him 1 day to pay me back but apparently he has no interest in paying me the money. guess ill just have to report him than.
in the second last picture i logged in with another skype account to see if he was ignoring me. he was and came with an excuse like he couldnt pay me or something. i thought ill give him 1 more day. even after 2 days hes still ignoring me and not paying.

you can see in the last pic i warned him like 2-3 times and still he doesnt reply.


EDIT: I have removed the screenshot evidence from this post on request of the OP, as it contains personal information that he does not wish to be posted. He agreed to save the screenshots in case they are needed in the future.
