Scammed by mistrzkierownicy

Explanation of the trade: I asked him if we could do small increments on paypal because he is selling $1.50 per b for ikov, and he said yes. I sent him $1.50, but my transaction went into pending because of PAYPAL. I asked him at first to cancel, and send an invoice instead, but he automatically assumed i was scamming him. I have already sent the $1.50 and its on pending, on my side of paypal I have no option to cancel the send, BUT HE DOES. HE removed me as a friend on skype and did not pay me the 1b on ikov.

How they scammed: Refused to cancel my send, as it is on pending. Did not
Pay me my 1b on ikov either.

Sythe PM picture: Tbh, I didnt ask for a pm. But I added his skype name that I found on his forums page. Also, he posted on my thread with a pic of me and his convo on skype.

Explained eveything through skype, it's just missunderstanding between parties because of lack of knowledge about paypal.
