seriously, this kid needs help thinking he is legit. There are only 3 ways get get steam accounts. Phishing, Stealing aka hacking and buying your own. phished accounts yea, they will be recovered. stolen accounts have that possibility unless its a hacker who hacked into someones computer (which im thinking thats what he does). The ONE and ONLY way to prevent recoveries is to buy your OWN account from steam. He says im being defensive and blah blah, whatever. Why dont you tell them how your hacking to get your accounts bud? You're a pretty sharp guy so I am wondering why you don't realize that even if I don't buy an account, I can still keep it from being disabled / recovered.
