Why you think they are ban evading: Before Yoko was banned I was halfway completing his questing service, he payed half before and said he'd pay half after. When I found out he got banned for scamming I canceled his service. I asked Ryan If I should refund/complete order however he said if I have nearly completed it I should leave it.

He now posted on my thread saying I have scammed him.

He gave himself a fake vouch from selling those "coins" he stole.
