So i told this kid i would pay him $65 i gave him $70 because paypal takes out taxes. Payment wouldnt go through instantly so i kept canceling because i had never used paypal before(just signed up today). Then i figured out how to make it instant payment but it didnt show that the payment went through so i sent another $70 then it showed that two payments went through. So i didnt even say anything to him because it was a really good account and i felt that even though i made a mistake he deserved the $140.

So after he says he received the payment he says, "ok im gathering the information and im being really nice and patient about it. Almost 40mins go by and i look up and it says he went offline. So i go on sythe and message him cause it says he is still online and he never replied back and went offline 10mins later.
