Account recovery--The Hickus

The hickus sold me an account for 35 dollars paypal. He recovered it 2 days after. He actually sold it to another guy after he recovered it from me, and that guy is gonna be scammed too. I asked him to vouch as proof and he said "My computer is messed up"
