Rockern scammed me 20M RS3

Explanation of the trade: Not a trade. He posted this thread, saying he would give anyone who registered while using his referal link 10M RS3. So I made an account and PM'ed him on Sythe that I couldnt find his username on Fallen Sword. I saw him reading my PM as I clicked on his name and saw him viewing conversations or whatever it is called, no proof of that but shouldnt matter. After I waited a bit more I replied on his thread saying that he saw my PM but hasnt replied at all and asking for my 10M. After that he edited his thread (without any reply to me) that he had paid out some people, so I edited my earlier response saying that it would most likely be a scam. After that he basically told me I am lying and that his username can be found, after which I reply with some Gyazo's showing that his username is nowhere to be found. To add to this, no one else has posted on his thread, yet 9 people (at the time of posting this thread) have supposedly already been paid out without anyone saying its legit or thanking him.

How they scammed: Didnt give me the 20M I should get for first registering one account and then registering another one for proof that his username is nowhere to be found. Didnt even want to tell his username on Fallen Swords so I could verify myself when I asked to.
